Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensure the contractual warranty obligation towards the client
- Active multidisciplinary claim management
- Processing of damage reports from the client and coordination of execution
- Reporting the project status and progress to the management on a regular basis
- Coordination of annual maintenance with the clients/partners and internal departments
- Leadership of the local warranty engineer (on site)
- Maintaining a constructive and cooperative relationship with the client and represent HZI interests in such a way that the project is economical for HZI
- Leading regular client meetings
- Ensuring the flow of information within the organisation and bringing about solutions to problems
- Ensuring exchange of experience (feedback from project) with product managers
- Handover of the project to the service
- Actively identifying and initiating follow-up business
- Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements relevant to the role
