Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensure the operational availability and further development of the SIEMENS Comos
- Gathering and refinement of software requirements through consultation with users
- Acting as application power user, providing assistance and guidance to users
- Responsibility 1st and 2nd level support
- Coordination of 3rd level support
- Creation of user and administrator documentation
- Organise and carry out training in the use of applications
- Input and participation in the development team
- Server environment management, interaction with outsourcing partner
