Job description, responsibilities and duties
Drive procurement activities for allocated equipment (develop supplier panels, collecting engineering inputs, sending request for quotations, negotiating, Purchase Order awarding and claims management)
Together with engineering teams seek best technical and commercial solution
Develops purchasing strategy for allocated procurement lots
Negotiates and set price lists for Frame Agreements and standardisation initiatives
Communicates effectively with peers
Applies effectiveness and efficiency of operational procurement tasks
Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to company processes
Supports procurement department in achieving objectives
Ensure effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to company processes
