Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Operational Leadership of all procurement activities across Client Contract
  • Supports & deputises for Head of Project Procurement and Logistic
  • Develops Procurement Concept for Client Projects
  • Coordinates and manages lots allocated to Cat Mgr’s, SPMs & buyers
  • Executes procurement of lots as defined in personal scope
  • Represents SM within Project Team
  • Resolution or escalation of all procurement claims
  • Drives effectiveness and efficiency of operational procurement tasks
  • Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
  • Communicates effectively with cross functional peers relating to Project Procurement activities
  • Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to company processes
  • Supports the department in achieving objectives
  • All other duties as reasonably requested
  • Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them
