Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Operational Leadership of all procurement activities across Client Contract
- Supports & deputises for Head of Project Procurement and Logistic
- Develops Procurement Concept for Client Projects
- Coordinates and manages lots allocated to Cat Mgr’s, SPMs & buyers
- Executes procurement of lots as defined in personal scope
- Represents SM within Project Team
- Resolution or escalation of all procurement claims
- Drives effectiveness and efficiency of operational procurement tasks
- Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
- Communicates effectively with cross functional peers relating to Project Procurement activities
- Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to company processes
- Supports the department in achieving objectives
- All other duties as reasonably requested
- Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them
