Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Taking part on project meetings
  • Responsibility for PID diagrams and timely input data/specification for other project team members respecting project time schedule
  • Responsibility for documents (Data sheets/Lists/Queries/etc.) for RFQ/PO process for System Engineer
  • Regular update of PID diagrams and COMOS relevant data
  • Collaboration with System Engineer, taking part in HZI internal project process meetings the inspection of the Supplier if needed
  • Collaboration with EIC department in meaning of I&C
  • Support for site team during commissioning
  • Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

University of technology with specialization to power, or chemical, or food machinery, process engineering, like: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

COMOS (Siemens AG) - Basic
Microsoft Office - Advanced

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

  • Industry experience (Oil&gas/Energy sector/EfW) experience
  • Relevant system&process knowledge
  • Independent development and optimalization of system and specification
  • Excellent understanding of PID diagrams
  • Ability to define functional description
  • Fluent (minimum B2 level) in written and spoken English and Slovak, any other language skills are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of CAE Tools (Comos etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
