Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Support of CAD applications (AutoCAD, Inventor and Vault) guided by HZI IT Zurich
  • First and second level support (ticket system, email, calls, documentation of requirements/incidents)
  • Establish CAD documentations and instructions
  • Organise and conduct CAD trainings for HZI employees (especially Vault)
  • Software license management
  • Active member of application ownership teams (core team & power user team)
  • Help with or conduct CAD software updates
  • Help with project work in the area of CAD (e.g. virtualization) and IT (in general)
  • Acting as deputy during absences of other CAD team members
