Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Basic Engineering of LV Systems and Control Systems work package for RG and AD Projects
- Execution and handling of LV Distribution and Control System work package within budget limits
- Reporting to the Head of the RG/AD engineering
- Preparation of the technical specifications for the LV System and the Control System components and systems, technical evaluation of bids and joint selection of suppliers
- Following the project time schedule with preparation of specifications for the timely ordering of the LV Systems and Control Systems work package
- Supervision of the contractors throughout the project implementation phase (including documentation)
- Coordinate and conduct Inspection meetings, Kick-off meetings, Contractor meetings, Factory Acceptance Meetings
- Checking the documentation of suppliers (design documents, engineering documents, interface specifications, information on construction, EMSR)
- Preparing/defending of claims and monitoring removal of non-conformities by suppliers
- Interface coordination with the technical project management and third parties, in particular clarifying the interfaces with other lots
- Active collaboration with the plant design (installation location of components, cable tray routing)
- Regulatory compliance with respect to the Lot he is in charge of
- Close cooperation and exchange of experience (feedback from project) with product managers
- Guidance on the project scope in conformity to the business processes and to the respective customer and supplier contracts as well as to the requirements of the public authorities
- Ensuring good supplier relationships
- Close cooperation and experience exchange (project feedback) with project teams and other departments

- Independent execution and handling of the Low Voltage (LV) Distribution and Control System for Renewable Gas (RG / Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plants Very good product knowledge in LV Systems and Control Systems
- Persuades counter-part even in controversial discussions
- Can clarify routine ambiguities through factual discussions
- With basis on experience, recognizes possible solutions, adapts and performs in different situations
- Can recognize and execute the appropriate way forward, based on experience
