Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your Responsibilities:

- Administrative support to the Supply Chain management (SCM) function:
o Issue RFQ to supplier in strict compliance with SCM process and Buyers and Category manager guideline and strategy
o Follow up suppliers offers to receive bids on time and in compliance with request
o Close the RFQ process with no selected suppliers
o Support filing and maintenance of documents such as Offers, PO, RFQ, supplier RFI (physical and electronical storage)
o Support suppliers meeting organisation
o Support commercial correspondences for SCM
- SAP administration for the SCM: Issue PO and change order in SAP and manage as required invoicing process
- Ad-hoc participation in specific SCM team meetings (conference call)
- Support supplier onboarding process via web portal Supplier database (SUMO):
o Contact suppliers, follow up information
o Solve tool issues between Supplier and tool owner
o Ensure completeness and accuracy of the RFI and supplier scoring
o Follow up Supplier Audit report and tool update
- Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures in SCM and company
- Any further responsibilities as required by the SCM

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

- Preferred a Degree of Commercial Business School with procurement specialities

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

SAP - advanced

Driving licence


Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

- Preferred a Degree of Commercial Business School with procurement specialities
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a similar position (preferably in a procurement department)
- Overall min 5 years of professional experience
- Excellent SAP knowledge (module MM) and MS Office,
- Highly effective time management, planning and organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities. Ability to drive tasks to completion
- Strong customer focus and sensitive to multiple foreign cultures and interact with people of different nationalities at all levels in different location
- Good command of English, German an advantage
