Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Independent control of the schedule sequence and coordination of the preparation of the operating manuals (OM) for various projects
- Preparation and provision of specific documents for suppliers and customers start from the tendering phase
- Contact person for suppliers and training of suppliers regarding software, layout and content
- Independent development and adaptation of standard documents with regard to the current technical requirements in cooperation with specialist departments and project team
- Responsibility / expertise in a specialist area
- Collection of system information from suppliers and familiarization with COMOS software (exchange of COMOS lists with suppliers)
- Definition of project-specific documentation concepts and layouts
- Maintenance and project-specific adaptation of standard documents for HZI's own systems (creation of Word documents and integration of additional documents from component suppliers)
- Exchange and cooperation in an international, interdisciplinary team
- Researching the current project- or country-specific standards and guidelines for the correct preparation of the OM
- Entry and updating of all technical documents in the document management system (DMS)
- Maintenance, adaptation and creation of standards and templates for OM creation
- Cooperation with responsible departments and project team
- Updating the documentation during the warranty period
- Collaboration in matching the project-specific AIC list
- Assistance in the creation of company- and project-specific terminology
- Translation management support
- Check for technical correctness and completeness
- Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to the function, implements and complies with them-
