We are now welcoming applications for a position of Personal Assistant in Executive Office in Hilton Prague hotel.
Are you ready for new challenge in your life?
· You will be connected to everyday life in all departments in the hotel, preparing reports and managing supplies for the office
· In case there will be any need from our Management team, you will be included at first point
· Can happen that you will write and speak on behalf of the Executive Office, at a in very international environment and on different levels, from kitchen to directors of business
· Sometimes things can change and you will need to adapt yourself to a new situation and needs it, e.g. preparation of the speech for General Manager in couple of minutes before the event meeting? “Piece of cake”
