Job description, responsibilities and duties
Executive floors at hotels are usually billed as a “hotel within a hotel.” On these floors, you receive VIP attention from the team, a special desk for checking in and out, and privacy from the crush of travelers on the hotel’s regular floors. In the Executive Lounge, you can enjoy a good breakfast and unwind with a drink at the end of the day. Often, you’ll be staying in rooms that are larger and have upgraded furnishings and amenities.
We are looking for the right person to ensure that the experience our guests booking and staying on these floors experience this kind of service.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager. Manage and lead the team of the Executive Lounge and Executive Reception, direct all aspects of the Guest Recognition Program to achieve the highest possible Hilton Honors enrollments and members/ VIP / repeat guest’s recognition.
What will I be doing?
· Monitor guest service Agents to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition to all Hilton Honors members, VIPs and repeat guests, and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure;
· Monitor guest service Agent to ensure Hilton Honors members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service
· Oversee maintenance of efficient repeat guest history system;
· Ensure that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards
· Manage the food and beverage service of the Executive Lounge and VIP treatments to consistently meet high standards as defined by the hotel and Hilton brand standards
· Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout service at both the Executive Reception and the Executive Lounge
· Inspects all VIP rooms prior to arrival and greet VIP guests personally;
· Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery;
· Ensure Team Members maximize all sales opportunities
· Ensure Team Members consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service
· Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
· Manage Team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels

Language skills
English - Advanced (C1) and Czech - Intermediate (B1)
