Hilti Engineering Leadership Development Program—a one-of-a-kind management journey designed for civil, structural, or mechanical engineers. It offers a global touch and genuine responsibility right from the start.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Hilti Engineering Leadership Development Program is two-year program, where you’ll step out from narrow expert career and will be involved in exciting projects, with lots of exposure to senior management.
Work on major construction projects, paired with top-notch training to elevate your career. As you grow, we'll provide the coaching for you to step into a leadership role at Hilti.
The program unfolds in three key stages:
• 12 months delving into the Hilti core business through a B2B direct sales role as an Account Manager or Field Engineer.
• 6 months on a Regional Marketing Project, stationed at regional headquarters in Prague, Czechia. This business development endeavor will tap into your technical background.
• 6 months on a Global Project at our head office in Schaan (Liechtenstein). Here, you'll gain global insights, heading the development and management of individual product lines on a global scale.
Once you've settled into the business post the initial two years, brace yourself for an accelerated journey of development. The horizon expands with opportunities in engineering management, product development or technical marketing.

Information about the selection process
The formal process includes an online interview with our Recruiting Specialist. From there you will attend interviews with the members of the Slovakia leadership team, a day-in-the-life ‘field ride’, and finally, the assessment center in Prague (CZ). We cover your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.

Field ride: after interviews
In-person Assessment Center: 22/23 April 2024 - Prague, Czech Republic
