Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Create the trainings calendar and keep it up to date, book the rooms, order the materials, etc.
- Check the applications to the trainings, send the invitations to the participants
- Book the hotel/transfer/catering/passes to the building, etc, meet the participants’ needs
- Help with the preparation and execution of the trainings
- Deal with the building maintenance
- Organize and maintain the stock/warehouse
- Prepare the documents for accounting
- Be in contact with the key stakeholders, create transparency and info sharing: trainers, team leaders, etc.
- Build relationships with internal and external trainers, suppliers, and support staff
- Ensure optimal learner experience throughout the learning journey in all interactions
