Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Collaboration with salesforce during the sales process of our new solution for asset management – Hilti ON!Track, which consists of software, hardware and services
• Training and increasing competencies among sales teams within Slovakia and being their first contact to-go-to
• Conducting analyzes of current asset-management processes of our customers and crafting the best solution for them with a goal to increase efficiency and fulfill customers´ needs
• Coordinating the implementation of the ON!Track system at our customers (jointly with the customer, our Customer Service support team and our salesforce), as well as providing training & advice for customers´ employees
• Cooperating with project teams in central Europe by providing constructive feedback in order to improve our solution and strengthen our business model

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

• University degree and 1-3 years of experience in sales in construction industry, or selling of services and/or software
• Willingness to travel within boundaries of Slovakia on a daily basis
• Competent to use English on a business level, experience/skills from IT/networking sector is a plus
• Enthusiastic team-player with analytical and project-management skills and customer-centric attitude
• Ambitious to build your career within Hilti
