Job description, responsibilities and duties
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON:
- Leading our agile scrum process for project teams building a public cloud-based SaaS delivery platform and associated application services
- Coaching/mentoring the existing team on Scrum framework
- Coordinating with various scrum teams involved in product delivery and release management to ensure successful delivery of features in production.
- Helping the team to embrace Scrum Core Values, adopt and apply Scrum principles.
- Ensuring and promoting the rules of Scrum, Built-In Quality practices from Extreme Programming (XP), Work in Process (WIP) limits from Kanban, and other process rules.
- Encouraging the culture of technical discipline and craftsmanship that is the hallmark of effective Agile teams.
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and mentoring and coaching them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable.
- Anticipating the needs and problems in the development cycle. Is willing to ask difficult questions and try new things. Greets challenge and change as opportunity.
- Being obsessed about process improvement and automation, studying evolving trends in agile standard methodologies and development practices.
- Promoting a collaborative team environment that champions experimentation, creativity and innovation.
