We’re looking for a Code Commander who can lead both the team and the code. Someone who is not afraid of making decisions, can conduct code reviews without drama, and truly understands what is "really" in the repository. If you have a strong technical background and natural leadership, you will be a key person for us. Age doesn't matter = even recent graduates are welcome if you believe in yourself!

Your responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the work of the technical team, including developers, engineers, and infrastructure specialists.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions using Java, .NET, Python (Django) and DevOps practices.
Plan, manage, and oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to technical requirements.
Mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth, knowledge sharing, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Don't be afraid to get dirty with coding if necessary

- A solid grasp of system architecture, design patterns, infrastructure, and data security—you think beyond the code and understand the bigger picture.
A strong ownership mindset—you solve problems proactively and communicate clearly, without corporate fluff.
