Job Description:

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a graduate student to gain hands-on experience in analysis, strategic planning, project management, problem-solving, and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence, while contributing to the overall success of our organization. What you’ll do : 

During the one-year HPE Graduate Program, you will:

  • Work on strategic planning initiatives, such as analysing operational performance metrics and developing strategies to optimize business processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the organization
  • Analyse data related to operational performance, financial metrics, and other key performance indicators are crucial for the role.
  • Work closely to work with other team and discuss cross-functional initiatives, address operational challenges, and align objectives.
  • Lead inventory & material management improvement projects,
  • Problem-Solving: responsible for addressing any operational issues or challenges that arise during the day. This includes troubleshooting issues with processes, resolving conflicts within the team, or finding solutions to unexpected problems.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of business operations, driving efficiency, and fostering continuous improvement within the organization.


What you’ll need: 

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2023 or 2024 with a focus in Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related
  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience ideally focused on planning and data analytics
  • Strong skillsdata analysesand knowledgeof data visualisationtools
  • Project Managementand continuous process improvement skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills inEnglish and Slovak
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ideally a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, project management software, ERP (SAP S4) systems.

Salary starting from 1,500 EUR per month gross.
