Job description, responsibilities and duties


• Responsible for Order, Revenue and Margin contribution for Education Business in Czech and Slovakia
• Establishes activities to support business goals and initiatives by driving profitable growth and TCE.
• Responsible for end-to-end seals readiness, service delivery and associated processes.
• Manages and monitors performance of product and service business metrics (e.g., attach, penetration, revenue, TCE); delivers recovery or action plans in case of underperformance
• Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
• Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
• Identifies and drives process improvements for services route to market, delivery, business operations, and individual and team productivity to improve overall effectiveness.
• Creating mutually beneficial relationship with Product Business Groups, Alliance partners, Services Group, support and delivery teams.

Education and Experience
• Typically 5+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management.
• Experience in one of the related disciplines of selling or business planning

Knowledge and Skills
• Medium knowledge of IT and services industry and Education market
• Knowledge of the company's organization and policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market
• Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
• Demonstrated skills in planning, financial analysis, project management
• Good presentation skills.
• Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus.
• Impacts internal and external clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide leadership and drive change across functions
• Fluent English and Czech (or Slovak)

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1) and Czech - Advanced (C1)
