Job description, responsibilities and duties

As part of the EMEA Manufacturing Organization, the EMEA Supply Chain Focus Account team enables complex solutions growth through internal and external customer engagement, solution set up, early Deal Engagement and fulfillment management in collaboration with all functions within Global Operations.

Responsibilities
- EG EMEA Supply Chain point of contact for Customer, Sales and Operations for customer requirements, Large Deals and SLA performance related matters
- Participate in improvement/reengineering projects across any area of the supply chain: manufacturing, engineering, order fulfillment, procurement, inventory management, etc.
- Counsel business leaders as a trusted advisor, determine the approach for executing high level operational plans, and develop creative solutions in support of strategic accounts
- Anticipate emerging trends that may impact the function's strategy
- Participate on regular performance review sessions with EMEA Manufacturing functions and front end account representatives
- Leveraging End-to-End operational performance data, scrutinize and develop Supply Chain improvement plans such as highlighting off goal performance and driving corrective action plan in collaboration with Supply Chain operations teams
- Supply Chain representative in front of the customers

Personality requirements and skills

Education, experience, knowledge, and skills required
- University degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in supply chain roles and organizations
- Advanced understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver)
- Advanced communication, influencing and conflict resolution skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Able to represent HPE effectively in front of customers, facilitating meetings and conference calls
- Advanced internal and external relationship management skills
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling
- Project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies that impact the organization
- Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
- High level of initiative and independence
- Highest possible integrity. Readily demonstrates HPE values
- Able to travel
