Job description, responsibilities and duties
The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing first-line technical support to users, ensuring efficient handling of incidents, service requests, and technical issues in line with agreed service standards and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries via phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting in accordance with company guidelines, procedures, and established methodologies.
Log, manage, and update incidents, service requests, and other events to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Efficiently manage the Service Desk queue, prioritizing and organizing workload to maintain service quality and responsiveness.
Take full ownership of assigned issues from initial reporting through to successful resolution.
Escalate incidents, service requests, and service disruptions to relevant internal teams or third-party providers when necessary and follow through to resolution.
Support deployments and testing activities, providing feedback and performing physical interventions where required.
Additional Expectations:
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all activities and communications.
Work collaboratively with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

High level of the English language.
Previous experience in a similar role with broad exposure to troubleshooting scenarios is a plus.
Experience or qualification in desktop PCs hardware troubleshooting.
Experience or basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows both server and desktop.
Self-motivated, ability to work unsupervised as well as being able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
