Your role

The STP Specialist for Greece and Cyprus ensures accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, compliance with local regulations, and smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role supports Henkel’s operations in Greece by managing end-to-end invoice handling and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing:
  • Post supplier invoices in SAP and validate data accuracy.
  • Ensure invoices are approved and ready for payment according to agreed timelines.
  • Collaboration with Accenture for PTP activities.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
  • Manage invoices related to customs clearance and import duties specific to Greek operations.
  • Ensure correct application of Greek withholding tax and special VAT treatments.
  • NIPAL Transactions: Handle payments without vendor accounts for local authorities and utilities.
  • Handle inquiries from Greek suppliers via email, phone, and ticketing system.
  • Resolve discrepancies and missing documentation promptly.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation.
Month-End Closing:
  • Perform reconciliations and clear open items.
  • Ensure readiness for closing activities, including extended availability on the last working day.

Your skills

  • Languages: English (B2) and Greek (B2).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
