About the team

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Total Reward Expert to join our international Global Mobility team in Bratislava. This newly created role is part of a strategic effort to drive global consistency and innovation in Total Rewards, with a strong focus on Living Wage and Pay Transparency initiatives. As a Center of Expertise (CoE), you will work closely with the Head of Total Rewards, Global Process Owners, regional Total Reward colleagues, and the GBS+ Manila team to develop, implement, and communicate global Total Rewards strategies. You'll play a key role in building new processes, leading global projects, and shaping the scope of this evolving position.

Your role

  • Support Global Process Owners of Total Rewards in developing and implementing a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives — with key focus areas including Living Wage and Pay Transparency
  • Support and design and manage global Total Rewards programs and projects in collaboration with the Core Total Reward team
  • Prepare and align communication materials for Total Reward initiatives, including executive-level presentations
  • Collaborate closely with regional TR teams and the GBS+ Manila team to ensure global alignment
  • Identify and address gaps in Total Reward processes; propose and implement improvements to enhance employee experience
  • Conduct analysis, research, and benchmarking, ensuring high-quality project documentation
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and supporting materials for Executive Committee meetings and other senior-level communications

Your skills

  • Minimum 3 years of Total Rewards experience, ideally in a global or matrixed environment
  • Strong experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to manage initiatives independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Slovak is not required
  • Experience or knowledge of Living Wage and Pay Transparency programs is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., IF functions, data interpretation; Macros a plus) and PowerPoint, SAP, and other MS Office tools is a strong advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills with a collaborative mindset in an international environment
