Your role

  • Drive sustainability initiatives and make a tangible impact on circular packaging solutions and digital transformation
  • Use advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to analyze and visualize data on sustainability and packaging projects
  • Create dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on packaging sustainability and digital transformation
  • Ensure projects align with ESG reporting requirements and stay updated on relevant regulations
  • Drive digital innovation by integrating automation and new technologies to improve processes
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure project success and alignment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, governance, and reporting

Your skills

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Data Analytics, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years in Project Management and Data Analytics, focusing on Packaging and Circular Economy.
  • Proficient in data tools (Power BI, Python, SQL) and project management methods (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Good understanding of packaging lifecycle and ESG regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Familiar and digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of data governance in sustainability and digital projects.
  • Project Management or Data Analytics certification is a plus.
