Your role

Drive sustainability initiatives and make a tangible impact on circular packaging solutions and digital transformation
Use advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to analyze and visualize data on sustainability and packaging projects
Create dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
Lead cross-functional projects focused on packaging sustainability and digital transformation
Ensure projects align with ESG reporting requirements and stay updated on relevant regulations
Drive digital innovation by integrating automation and new technologies to improve processes
Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure project success and alignment
Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, governance, and reporting

Your skills

Bachelor's or Master’s in Data Analytics, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related field.
3-5 years in Project Management and Data Analytics, focusing on Packaging and Circular Economy.
Proficient in data tools (Power BI, Python, SQL) and project management methods (Agile, Waterfall).
Good understanding of packaging lifecycle and ESG regulations is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn data into insights.
Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
Familiar and digital transformation.
Knowledge of data governance in sustainability and digital projects.
Project Management or Data Analytics certification is a plus.
