Join the Marketing & Sales NDCD (Novelty, Digital, Care & Design) team at Henkel, where we focus on innovation and digitalization in our product portfolio. The Adhesives Development Process (ADP) team supports our global adhesives business with expertise in technical support, digital campaigns, and project management.
Your role
As a Senior Data Analyst with PowerBI, you will design, develop, and manage complex dashboards within the Albert Power BI environment. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing advanced PowerBI solutions tailored to stakeholder requirements
- Enhancing the existing sophisticated PowerBI framework to drive continuous improvements
- Providing peer reviews and senior-level guidance to other team developers
- Engaging in requirements engineering and solution design
- Conducting PowerBI enablement and training sessions for key users
- Participating in regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and progress
- Managing work items within our agile backlog and delivering on stakeholder needs
Your skills
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, chemistry, or a related field
- Is fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Possesses excellent communication skills and has experience working across diverse cultures
- Has 4+ years of experience in PowerBI development and operations
- Is proficient with Python and REST APIs
- Has experience in data modeling (e.g., with Databricks, Azure Data Factory)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Agile project methodologies is a plus
- Experience in the chemical industry or innovation processes would be an advantage
