Your role

We are offering opportunity to use your language skills and communicative approach while advising our customers from different fields. We are seeking for curious human being who prefers dynamic job, as you would be facing different customers with different needs daily.   • Manage phone, email, & web form inquiries for common requests (eg. basic product info, product documentation, purchase options)
  • Identify and route inquiries that require expertise from another team (eg. technical support, customer service)
  • Build relationships with key contacts within Henkel business units to define workflow processes
  • First identification and qualification of potential new customers
  • Strong cooperation with technical support teams
  • Maintain knowledge management databases and resources

Your skills

  • 1-year minimum experience within Call or Contact Center, Customer Service, Technical Service, or related field
  • Communicative and empathic person who is open to face customers directly (advisory and support)
  • Outstanding customer related communications and interpersonal skills necessary
  • Dynamic personality who is willing to learn – complex training in cooperation with our Technical Engineers, contains also hands on training in the laboratory
  • Knowledge of English language on advanced level
  • Knowledge of Italian and Spanish language on advanced level
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stress resilient
