Operational Controller

Operational controlling focuses on the initial stages of transforming raw financial data into profit and loss and balance sheet statements. Our team comprises 41 members regularly engaging in themed team-building events and various working groups. We utilize tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI in our daily operations. Recent successful projects in our operational controlling department have been centered on automation, including macro files, iBots, and process improvements, which have effectively reduced manual input. In this position, your main responsibilities will be:

• Profit and loss/balance sheet analysis, preparation for month end closing and its execution
• Cooperation with counterparts on daily basis, providing explanation on financial figures, solving ad hoc requests
• Set up and maintenance of data in SAP controlling modules (cost and profit center accounting, controlling profitability analysis), performing reconciliation among mentioned modules
• Cooperation with local business and other teams on various topics
