- 3D/Packshot project management – registration, steering and maintenance of packshot projects for Henkel Consumer Brands
- Daily communication with global and local marketing teams
- Clarifying briefing's details and performing Data Completeness Check of delivered assets
- SharePoint Storage Management and folder structure creation
- 3D/Packshot designer support – support of designers with sourcing of data, materials and further support during production
- Supporting Risk Analysis and Project Control: selecting project samples for quality check, checking timelines of delivered projects etc.
- Checking completeness of data in project trackers
- Keeping track and update of local packshot requirements
Your skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Keen to detail and very organized personality type
- Patience and ability to focus
- Fluency in spoken and written English (B2)
- Interest for design agency environment, packaging design, packshots and 3D creation
- Communication skills, collaborative and team-oriented personality
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suit is a plus
