- Supporting Product Developers, Application engineers and internal stakeholders with preparation of Technical Data Sheets (TDS) - Manuals for Adhesive products
- Creation, conversion and maintenance of TDS
- Coordination of translation process of master TDS to other languages
- Participation on ad-hoc projects related to TDS process
- Responsibility for keeping track of the timing, reminding stakeholders to deliver their input
- Technical or Chemical background NOT needed
- Position suitable for fresh graduates
Your skills
- University or College education - technical or chemical background is NOT required
- At least one year of previous working experience (administration, coordination, etc.)
- Active level of English language (verbal and written) - communication with stakeholders on daily basis
- Knowledge of standard office applications - MS Excel, Outlook
- Analytical thinking, patience, independence, process and detail-oriented personality
- Solid communication, interpersonal and organization skills
