Our Planning Support team is a part of bigger Supply Chain department. Your main role is to become an interface between Henkel and our external manufacturers in HCB division. Apart from this, you will process and analyze respective data and:
- Support of planning activities for Planning teams and Production steering team
- Create delivery notes, goods receipts and goods issues based on delivery confirmation
- Monitor and maintain delayed purchase orders
- Solve various issues coming from the contract manufacturing activities
- Investigate and clarify various stock related issues, solve stock differences
- Support annual stocktaking activity
- Request and maintain purchase orders for extra production costs via Ariba procurement tool
Your skills
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with preferred experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning or Logistics. We assure to give you a full understanding of end-to-end process, but in the meantime, we expect you have:
- University degree
- Supply chain or Logistic background is an advantage
- English on an active communicative level (everyday communication)
- Experience in SAP which will be your main working tool
- Excel on intermediate level (Pivot tables, Vlookup…)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
