Your role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Global Digital Brand Specialist, for a global hair consumer brand , to lead our digital marketing campaigns from conception through to execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring our campaigns resonate with our target audience, achieve our marketing objectives, and enhance our brand's digital footprint. As a key player in our digital strategy team, you will manage cross-functional project teams, oversee campaign timelines, and ensure the seamless integration of digital marketing activities across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Ensure seamless development and deployment of digital campaign assets across multiple digital platforms, including websites, e-commerce channels and social media.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (digital marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce) and external partners (agencies, media platforms) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Timeline and Project Management: Manage campaign timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs, leveraging data to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Innovation and Adaptation: Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation within campaigns and improve digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign progress, performance, and insights, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital campaign content meets brand standards and complies with regulatory guidelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact.
  • Team Management: guide and inspire project teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your skills

  • Proven Experience: Solid background in digital campaign management on B2C market, with demonstrable success in leading high-impact digital marketing projects. (Ideally in beauty/consumer brands industry)
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms, with a keen ability to translate data into actionable campaign insights.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEM, SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Creative Insight: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign messages are compelling and aligned with brand identity.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a preference for certifications in project management or digital marketing.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate teams and manage cross-functional collaborations effectively.
