We, at GBS+ Systems & BI team are operating within the financial controlling department to automatize and improve the business insights by creating various analytical tools for the financial community worldwide. We cooperate with both business units of the Company – Adhesive Technologies and Consumer Brands as well as with the corporate and regional financial team. We have a collaborative and supporting team environment with junior and more experienced technical reporting experts in the team. Some of our activities have a regular monthly and quarterly frequency and next to them we are also working on projects and supporting initiatives with various deadlines. Once the work is done, we also look for ways how to come together and spend time with colleagues to create remarkable team moments.
Your role
- Propose, develop and participate on creating of advanced analytical tools in PowerBI
- Provide overviews for the financial controlling departments worldwide on various financial KPIs (from P&L, BS)
- Utilizing and combining various data sources and understand their structure for creating enhanced insights
- Looking for ways hot o improve, automatize not only reports but also underlying processes
- Manage your projects and collaborate with worldwide Henkel financial and technical community
Your skills
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex business requirements into automated reporting/analytical solutions
- Focus on detail, precision and working transparently with managing priorities independently
- Interest in financial data with technical automation background
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with PowerBI, Power Query a M
- Interest in SQL, DAX welcome
- Willingness to learn new skills (soft/hard) and apply them
