Your role

  • Schwarzkopf SalonLab App Customer Service Coordinator: https://www.salonlab-server.de/en-GB/
  • Responsible for owning customer service processes in DACH, as well as being an intermediary between the Spain and UK customer service teams and the global functions
  • Responsible for providing quick, professional, and premium customer service to ensure utmost satisfaction to both B2B and end users of the SalonLab App
  • Responsible for being adept at the latest platforms and services for accurate customer service reporting (e.g. Snow, SAP, RAQN, Merchant Center…)
  • Basic technical terminology understanding is a plus for ensuring a consistent communication and engagement approach across all platforms
  • Act as a dispatcher for all customer support incidents by mediating communication between Henkel dx, the Schwarzkopf Professional team, and countries

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Communication, Marketing or IT
  • Customer-first mindset (or prior work experience in customer-facing role is a plus)
  • Interest in the hairdressing industry as well as beauty products and services
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Detail and solution-oriented
  • Hunger for problem-solving, and taking initiative/ownership
  • Excellent communication and mediator skills
  • Adaptable to constantly changing customer service learnings in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of agile development is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (experience with ServiceNow, customer service platforms, etc are a plus)
  • Fluency in English AND basics in German are a must
