- Responsibility for preparation and coordination of physical stock takings (including date agreements and list generation).
- Verification of correctness and completion of all forms and documents related to physical stock takings
- Investigation of inventory differences
- Financial evaluation of inventory count results
- Reporting of stock movements
- Archiving and maintenance of Inventory Database
- Closure of stock takings and monitoring of process quality
- Support of internal and external auditor
Your skills
- University/College degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance)
- Experience in materials management / audit / supply chain / stocktaking is an advantage
- English language on a fluent level
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Good understanding of operations business processes
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills – service and customer orientation
