- Proactively engaging with existing community and potential new consumers in German
- Monitoring conversations on Instagram, Facebook & TikTok and replying to Social Media enquiries of our global beauty brands (e.g. Schwarzkopf, Got2be, Syoss, Fa...)
- Providing guidance and information on our complete product portfolio
- Resharing of Instagram stories, approving of influencer requests
- Developing stronger consumer affinity, and increasing reach and community size
- Providing feedback to our stakeholders on existing campaigns
Your skills
- Experience with Social Media, Community Management or Digital Marketing
- Great understanding of Social Media and Community Management trends
- Active knowledge of German language
- Good usage of English for internal communication when required
- Ability to deal with a variety of business owners and resolve inquiries in a friendly and polite manner
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Experience with PC, including MS Office and experience with any Social Media management tool preferred (e.g. Sprinklr, META Business Manager, Hootsuite...)
