Your role

Close partnership with Henkel Global Supply Chain team, based in Amsterdam, and cooperation with Regional Heads
Reporting and analysis of financial and business performance, in the areas of Investment and Productivity Controlling
Full involvement in the management of major investment and productivity saving projects, including approval / gatekeeping and post implementation audit responsibilities
Regular tracking of active projects via dedicated tools, provision of updates and saving impact calculations to systematically drive operational excellence
Drive continuous improvement and process harmonization initiatives, utilizing modern tools and solutions (PowerBI, SharePoint, ..) to support the transformation of reporting landscape

Your skills

Background and experience in Finance and Controlling
Active level of English (written &spoken)
Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel
Strong analytical skills, interest in reporting and automation
Flexibility, proactivity, and willingness to learn
