The customer operation specialist is responsible for various activities performed for our customers. We act as the liaison with all parties (Customer Service, Sales organization, Strategic Pricing colleagues) to ensure a smooth and complete transaction. Role description:
- Daily cooperation with local colleagues based in various countries
- Order entry management
- Pricing maintenance
- Creation of Bonus credit & debit notes
- Verifying the completeness and correctness of input data (strong focus on details)
- Reporting/presenting of monthly results
- Coordination of operational calls with stakeholders
- Identification of potential activities for automation
- Strong cooperation with your supervisor and coordination within the team
- Active participation in additional departmental initiatives
Your skills
- Min. 3 years experiences in the field
- Fluent in German language, fluent in English is an advantage
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of Macros, Power BI and Power Query is an advantage
- Proficient order processing knowledge is an advantage
- A self-starter who takes initiative, proactivity & ownership
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Accuracy, attention to details
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
