- Daily cooperation with colleagues (native speakers) from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country
- Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
- Pricing related processes
- Interaction with Customer service from respective countries in order to solve queries and issues related to customer Master Data
- Customer Master Data maintenance in SAP system (general data of the customer, bank data, sales related data)
- Quality check of maintained data in SAP database (strong focus on details)
Your skills
- Active knowledge of English
- Knowledge of French Language from A2-B2 level- trainings are provided
- Customer orientation, performance motivation
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility
- Communication and interpersonal skills
