Sourcing Hub concentrates E2E Sourcing management and Purchasing strategy execution. Performed activities include: market screening, e-sourcing, direct negotiations with suppliers on prices and contracts, decision making on supplier onboarding / delisting & category specific tasks. Sourcing Hub splits into Adhesive Technologies, Beauty & Laundry Care, Indirect materials & Services and Logistics clusters to reflect dedication to the business units.

Your role

Responsible for the purchasing of direct materials - raw & packaging materials for India, Middle East & Africa (IMEA) region.
Execute sourcing events, negotiations and contracts with new or existing suppliers in line with the global strategy of the purchasing category, in a compliant and efficient manner
Challenges and enriches the Categories' objectives, goals and strategies, including all short, mid and long term financial targets and any risk mitigation strategies.
Manage selected supplier portfolio; maintain strategic supplier relationship
Align with local and regional purchasing teams the implementation of global strategy
Independent project lead and project management of global as well as local sourcing projects including alignment with internal stakeholder and external supplier

Your skills

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing of direct or indirect materials for a global company; strategic purchasing considered an advantage
Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration/Supply Chain Team player Analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills & presentation skills
Very good stakeholder management
Focus on process improvements and problem solving
