We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Source to Pay Department in Bratislava. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience /education preferably in the accounting/financial field and the ability to fulfill the following core responsibilities:
- Processing of incoming invoices for 3rd party suppliers and other services in SAP system (include Excel uploads, pre-calculation process)
- Processing payments, verifying invoices and reconciling all expenses to keep track
- Taking care of already booked invoices until ready for payment
- Reconciliation of transport supplier accounts, internal reporting
- Processing of incoming and outgoing payments
- Initiate changes related to vendor master data
- Follow up of supplier requests and active support of North American logistics department
- Communication & coordination with other accounting teams on an international level
- Working on small improvement projects closely related to your daily tasks

Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to finance, suitable also for fresh graduates but previous experience in this field is an advantage
- Knowledge of English language at least on intermediate level
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and a high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
- Interest to work in an international team and constantly improve processes
