Your role

Coordination of IC orders for assigned countries with warehouse, carriers, forwarders and authorities to ensure on-time and complete delivery.
Proactive communication with demand planners, replenishment planners and different Henkel departments in order to solve potential issues and request which could cause delays in delivery.
Coordination of complete export process for assigned brands, from order placement to completion.
Acting as liaison btw customer, warehouse, carrier & authorities to ensure smooth and complete transaction until invoice creation and goods arrival at customer.
Handling of logistical claims and exceptions.
Supply chain reporting activities, regular calls, meetings, work on ideas to improve process and collaborate with the team on projects etc.
Handling of MOQ routine; APAC report; open PO report; imports sea (JOICO, Alterna, IG Vibrance); excel master (CITES Export, CoO Alterna & IG Vibrance); MSDS sheets and ad hoc tasks.

Your skills

Min 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance or Purchasing
Excel on intermediate level
Business communication in English
