Your role

Execution of daily operations, support towards business and functions with relevant process/technical expertise. Steering regular calls with stakeholders
Responsibility for the independent production and maintenance of reports (both standard and ad-hoc tasks), based on the requirements from Business Partners
Accountable for quality of the reports as well as the on-time delivery of the reports
Involvement in process harmonization, optimization, and simplification within own scope
Ability to recognize potentials for process improvement. Transformation of obsolete reports via the new available technologies and contribution to digital upskilling of self and team
Responsibility for project initiation, controlling, planning, execution and closing within own scope
Acting as trouble shooter - validating process documentation, improving processes, assuring quality

Your skills

Active English language, written and spoken, is a must
Working experience as a Business Analyst (advantage)- well-experienced in data processing area. Eagerness to learn and generate insights
University or College education
Advanced MS Excel knowledge, VBA, Power Query, Power BI (advantage)
Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, self-drive
Strong project and time management skills
High level of detail orientation and accuracy
Team player- ability to share knowledge within team/available for consultation within expertise
