Your role
- Maintenance and regular check of price allowances, prices and conditions in SAP system
- Administration of documents (sending invoices (mail, post…)
- Sales document processing and administration (order handling, order processing, claim management,…)
- Communication with sales department
- Ensure administrative sales processes in line with Corporate Standards and Audit Requirements (collect approvals, 4-eyes check, documentation, preparation of documents for audit,..)
