Your role

  • As a project coordinator you will become a member of the Marketing & Sales Adhesives Development Process (ADP) team that manages regional MOC innovation projects of low to moderate complexity in Adhesives Business
  • The project scope includes revision of the existing product portfolio without a significant change in application requirements to make sure that existing commercial products can be sold to current customers
  • Process execution throughout the whole project lifecycle
  • Developing, maintaining and updating project schedule, tracking project progress, deliverable and documentation management
  • Managing virtual international cross-functional project teams (organizing and leading regular team meetings, engaging with project stakeholders)
  • Providing updates to key stakeholders, managing escalations
  • Preparing and presenting projects for gate reviews
  • Developing in-depth understanding of the process
  • Training of the process and tool (Planview) and sharing best practices

  • Speak fluent written and spoken English for effective communication with international stakeholders
  • Have experience with leading or managing projects or working on or leading cross-functional teams will be of advantage (at least 1 year)
  • Be able to lead and influence without formal authority
  • Show good organization, time management and problem-solving skills to work independently and handle your own project portfolio
  • Be a self-motivated team player with driving attitude, attention to detail and prioritization
  • Have good knowledge of standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
