Your role

You would be working with some of the most powerful social media management tools as Sprinklr or Facebook Business Manager
Supporting both global and local teams with listenings, performance reportings, publishing
Performing social media administration and troubleshooting on the platform
Handling user administration and license management
Supporting other users from around the globe and onboard them on how to use the tool
You would be the key responsible assuring all the social media accounts work smoothly

Your skills

Proven experience in social media management
Fluent English (written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
Know-how in tracking and understanding KPI results and how to enhance them
Experience with Facebook Business Manager & SoMe Tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite will help you with faster onboarding to the position
Self-organization and reliability (you will handle projects independently)
