- Run process related projects & tasks
- Support organization of the small internal events
- Maintain various SharePoint sites
- Being in contact with Henkel colleagues worldwide
- Active usage of English language in an international team
- Working with specifications and documentations regarding Quality and ISO standards
- Helping to set up internal Quality promo campaigns among employees
Your skills
- University student in the 3rd or 4th year of studies
- Advanced level of English language is required in spoken and written form
- Creative, communicative and flexible person
- A self-starter who takes initiative & is able to work in dynamic and international environment
- Ability to prioritize, accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in Excel, Word, SharePoint & Graphic Design software is an advantage
- Nice to have: A person with an interest in Continuous Improvement, ISO certifications and Quality Management
