Join our team and be responsible for:
- Analysis of customer claims covering Spanish market
- Daily written and spoken communication with Spanish customers, local Sales and business partners in Spain.
- Request of documents from documents, analysis of customer claims, creation of credit and debit items, answering the requests from Business partners.
- Execution of reports on team and departmental level.
Your skills
- Analytical approach would help you with claims investigation process
- Previous experience in financial field is welcome, so you would have deeper understanding of credit/debit notes management
- Active knowledge of French/Italian/Spanish is necessary as you will be in direct communication with colleagues from France
- Strong customer orientation is a key – you will be handling several projects at once, but in every one of them customer is the center of our interest
