Your role

We are looking for one team position for administrative tasks in the field of Trademark law within the GBS+ in Bratislava. Our department helps key account Trademark Counsels and key account Trademark Paralegals to protect trademarks of Henkel and to manage Henkel's global trademark portfolio.

The Junior Trademark Paralegal will be responsible for trademark searches, routine trademark applications, monitoring, renewing and safeguarding data in the in-house database
Conduct clearance searches and monitor trademarks in pertinent online-tools
Communicate with local trademark experts and trademark offices and enter data in the local in-house database
Administration and Financial Control of incoming invoices for legal services
Respond directly to the Henkel Trademark Department in Düsseldorf and cooperate with the dedicated in-house Trademark Teams

Your skills

Master degree in Law
Experience in the field of Trademark administration desirable
Active level of English language, knowledge of German is welcome
User knowledge of MS Office
Accuracy and attention to details, reliability
Ability of self-organize and meet deadline
Self-reliant and team-player
