Your role

  • Indexing of supplier invoices (recording invoices number, date, amount, name of suppliers)
  • Following the standard procedures and country specifics
  • Producing of daily situation reports
  • Handling of internal tickets, email communication
  • Constantly striving to process improvement
  • Handling ad hoc tasks

Your skills

  • University student
  • Knowledge of Russian language and English language on an intermediate level
  • Good level of PC skills (MS Office)
  • Ensuring integrity and accuracy of data
  • Open-minded person with the capability to work flexibly in an intercultural environment
  • Self-reliant person who can handle situations under time pressure
