- Drives projects in the respective area of responsibility, is accountable for project execution
- Facilitates and ensures project support by SSC teams to meet all deadlines of project plan
- Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise Advises the teams with expertise and experience
- Supports tools and training of users Acts as trouble shooter and validates process documentation Improves processes, assures quality
- Monitors, analyzes, reports and solves complex process dependencies
- Collaborates with Process Owner in designing automations and process improvements
- Acts as internal consultant
- Shapes, develops and improves the process and tools in line with strategic objective of respective business / function
Your skills
- Master’s degree, preferably in Business *Administration/Supply Chain
- Excellent communication skills with negotiating, influencing and convincing abilities
- An open mindset that can react creatively on changes in the markets and our company
- Project management knowledge and team player attitude
- Analytical thinking and conceptual skills
- Working proficiency in English is mandatory, other language is an advantage
