Influencer Marketing Specialist

Influencer marketing is BIG and it's only going to get bigger. Every year is bringing new social media platforms, new content types and new ways of approaching the customers. By joining our digital team, you will be given the unique opportunity to:

• Establish creative influencer marketing concepts in line with the respective brand identities of Henkel Beauty
• Care brands such as Schwarzkopf, got2b, Syoss, and Nature Box
• Support the implementation of long-term collaborations by creating briefings and exchanging with influencers / their managers for content approvals and insights reporting
• Initiate campaigns to test new concepts, trends, and highly engaging content ideas
• Identify trending influencers and select the best ones based on quantitative and qualitative criteria
• Establish competitive reports and trend reports to generate learnings for the global team and local markets
• Support the qualitative improvement of content corresponding to current trends and authenticity
• Work in an international, and interdisciplinary team with diverse colleagues and exciting projects

• Proven experience in influencer marketing and/or social media (discussed at the interview)

• A passionate social media user who is on top of new trends of platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• An individual who can represent Henkel *Beauty Care brands trustworthily and authentically across different external stakeholders
• A natural networker with hands-on mentality, fast thinker, solution-oriented and creative in finding solutions
• A highly collaborative team player who is flexible, reliable, highly organized and able to handle projects independently
